I can’t help but love this time of year. It seems like this time of year always brings a lot of reflection and thankfulness for the loved ones we hold dear. (Can we also talk about all this SNOW we got over this past weekend?) Like I mentioned in O’Cion and Candice’s wedding blog post this week, it’s hard to believe that we were just enjoying the peak changing of the fall leaves a few weeks ago. I mean, it feels like just yesterday I got to hang out with Deborah and Gustavo the week of Thanksgiving and celebrate their upcoming wedding with the most darling Sweetwater Creek Park engagement session.
While reflecting over this year during the Thanksgiving holiday, I couldn’t help but think. I have so many things to be thankful for this year, and among them are precious couples like this one. I hope each of you, my sweet couples, know how adored you are and how much you mean to me. Without you, this dream business of mine wouldn’t be what it is today! For you all I am forever grateful.
Sweetwater Creek Park is a favorite spot of mine for photographing couples and taking long, relaxing hikes with my other half. So when Deborah and Gustavo wanted to embrace the fall leaves for the most breathtaking of backdrops for their engagement session, I couldn’t contain my excitement. If you have yet to have the chance to make it out there for yourself, I highly recommend it. Needless to say, you’ll fall in love with the wooded trails and serene spots by the river.
Deborah and Gustavo’s sweet session will make you want to take a hike and cozy up by the river with a romantic picnic for your next date day. This sweet session is just one of those that I just can’t get over. The way these two look at each other will make any heart melt. I had so much fun getting to capture a snapshot of this darling couple’s love story. But, then again, when they’re as picture perfect as these two it’s kind of hard not to!
Deborah and Gustavo, I absolutely loved getting to help you celebrate your engagement with your darling Sweetwater Creek Park engagement session. I hope you remember to cherish these moments leading up to your big day, and I hope these photographs make you even more excited for the journey of life that you two are about to embark on together. You two were so much fun to work with. Your smiles and laughs were simply contagious! I can’t wait to capture the start of your forever together in April. With your love that radiates from you both in front of the camera, I can only imagine how gorgeous your wedding gallery will be.
